Village builder or farming game?
In a farming game your day is about planting, watering and harvesting, with a town around you. In a village builder you shape the town itself: where things go, what to build next, who moves in. Many cozy games mix the two.
How Markhor Meadow builds a village
- Gather wood and stone; rocks sometimes drop iron ore and, rarely, a diamond.
- Craft planks, blocks and cloth at the workshop, mason’s yard and weaving house.
- Place a plot, deliver the materials and let a builder start the real-time timer.
- Tap Help build to take 5% off, then reveal the building yourself.
- Welcome the resident who runs it: a baker, a weaver, a healer, a lookout and more.
And the farming side
The Orchard barn opens gardening: tomato, okra and mint beds that grow in minutes. Vegetables and herbs feed residents’ requests. It is a garden, not a full farm, so if you want large fields and livestock seasons, a dedicated farming game is closer to that.
