Privacy Policy for Markhor Meadow

Effective date: 5 November 2026

Markhor Meadow (“the game”) is made by Haarith Sulaimaan. This policy explains what the game stores and what it shares. In short: the game works offline, has no accounts, shows no ads and does not track you. The only thing that goes online is buying Coins.

What stays on your iPhone

  • Your villages (buildings, residents, items, Coins, Silver, progress), your settings (sound, speed, display) and small flags such as whether the notification question was already asked.
  • A short diagnostic log of the last play session (game events and memory use, to help fix crashes). It stays in the game’s own storage on your device. The game never uploads it. It is deleted when you delete the game.

This data is not sent to us or to anyone else. If you delete the game, it is deleted with it. Apple may include game data in your own device or iCloud backups according to your device settings.

Notifications

The game can send local notifications on your device, for example when a building is finished or storage is full. They are created on your iPhone; nothing is sent to a server. The game asks for permission once, shortly after you first enter your village, and you can turn notifications off at any time in iOS Settings > Notifications > Markhor Meadow.

Purchases (Coins)

Coins are an optional in-app purchase. The purchase itself is handled by Apple (the App Store). We do not see your name, Apple ID, or payment details.

To confirm purchases and give you the Coins you bought, the game uses RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.), a purchase-processing service. RevenueCat receives:

  • your purchase records (which product, when, and Apple’s transaction receipt),
  • an anonymous app user ID that RevenueCat generates for your installation (it is not connected to your name or email),
  • basic device and app information that comes with any network request (for example device model, iOS version, app version, language, and IP address).

We use this only to deliver and restore purchases (“app functionality”). It is not used for advertising, is not sold, and is not used to track you across other companies’ apps or websites. RevenueCat handles the data under its own privacy policy: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy

Restoring purchases: the Store tab (reached from the Shop button) has a “Restore Purchases” button that asks Apple and RevenueCat for the purchases tied to your App Store account and credits any that were not yet added.

What we do not do

  • No account or sign-in.
  • No advertising and no advertising identifier.
  • No analytics or tracking SDKs.
  • We do not collect your contacts, photos, microphone, camera, precise or approximate location, or health data.
  • We do not sell your data.

Children

Markhor Meadow is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The only data that leaves the device is the purchase data described above, and purchases are controlled by the Apple account holder (Apple’s Ask to Buy and Screen Time settings apply).

Your choices and deleting data

  • Delete the game to remove all local data.
  • To ask RevenueCat to delete the purchase record tied to your anonymous ID, or for any privacy question, contact us at notashenone@gmail.com. Please include the Apple order number from your purchase receipt so the record can be found.
  • Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK under GDPR, or California under CCPA/CPRA) you may have rights to access, correct or delete your data. Write to us at the address above.

Changes

If the game starts collecting new kinds of data, we will update this policy and the App Privacy details on the App Store before the change ships. The effective date above shows the current version.
