Sending a bug report or feedback
Email is the best way to reach us. It helps a lot if you include:
- Your iPhone model and iOS version (Settings > General > About).
- What you were doing when it happened, and what you expected instead.
- A screenshot or a short screen recording, if you can.
- For purchase problems, the Apple order number from your receipt email.
Ideas, kind words and things you would love to see in the valley are just as welcome. You can also follow development on X.
Restore Purchases
- Open Markhor Meadow and tap Shop at the top of the screen.
- Open the Store tab in the book.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Restore Purchases.
The game checks with the App Store and credits any Coin purchase that had not been added yet.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account?
No. Markhor Meadow has no accounts, sign-up or login.
Where are my villages saved?
Only on your iPhone, in the game’s own storage. Nothing is uploaded to us. If you delete the game, its villages are deleted with it. Apple may include game data in your own device or iCloud backups, depending on your device settings.
How do I restore purchases?
- Open Markhor Meadow and tap Shop at the top of the screen.
- Open the Store tab in the book.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Restore Purchases.
The game shows “Checking with the App Store…” and then tells you whether the restore worked. It asks Apple for the purchases tied to your App Store account and credits any that had not been added yet. Coins are a consumable purchase, so Apple does not carry spent Coins over to a new device.
What are Coins and Silver?
Silver is earned by playing and spent in the Shop. Coins are the special currency: you earn some free every day and can buy more as an optional in-app purchase. Coins speed up building and crafting or buy materials, and every Coin spend asks you to confirm first.
A purchase went wrong. Can I get a refund?
Apple handles all App Store payments and refunds. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If Coins you bought did not arrive, try Restore Purchases first, then email us with the Apple order number from your receipt.
Why does the game send notifications?
To tell you when a building is finished or storage is full. Notifications are created on your iPhone; nothing is sent to a server. The game asks for permission once. You can turn them off at any time in iOS Settings > Notifications > Markhor Meadow.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. The game plays offline. You only need a connection to buy or restore Coins.
Can I play more than one village?
Yes. You can keep several separate villages on the same phone.
